About This Issue . . .
During the past few years, some companies have worked employees longer and harder to squeeze as much productivity out of them as possible while keeping their overhead low.
What this created in those companies was an atmosphere of discontent, a situation where as soon as the employees were able to make a switch to better opportunities, they would. Millions of people leave their jobs for a new opportunity every year.
So the question is this: if you find yourself in a situation similar to the one described above, what should you do?
